Annual HR Roadmap
Assess and execute the plan developed with Client Management
Workday Operational Support
Address end user incidents, requests submitted to HRIS team via client Help desk ""HR Help""
Investigate and perform break-fix resolution, service restoration, configuration changes, root cause analysis
Assist with Workday production data updates, mass data loads, mass data corrections
Run and review Data Audit Reports to maintain data integrity.
Support Semi-annual Workday functional releases
Configure and implement new automatically available features and functionality based on business requirements and available capacity of the Consultant staff
Semi-annually discuss product roadmap and Demo setups required for new Workday features
Assist Client with Workday security setup and security role assignments "
