Test Planning & Design
Analyze Workday HCM business process documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications to derive test conditions and scenarios.
Develop detailed, step-by-step test scripts for relevant test phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Identify test data requirements and prepare or coordinate test data setup in the Workday tenant.
Maintain traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects to ensure full test coverage.
Qualifications
2-4 years' experience in ERP testing, with a minimum of 1 year focused on Workday HCM.
