\xe2\x97\x8f Should have worked in at least 1 end to end Workday Implementations in HCM/ Integration or Finance modules.
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be a certified Workday core Consultant.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate good operational understanding of Workday functions in terms of determining KPA\xe2\x80\x99s to
measure effectiveness
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Tableau , Creation of Excel Dashboards, ability to chunk and piece data together for
analysis is desired
\xe2\x97\x8f Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient
application configuration.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
