Must-Have
4+ years of Workday HCM experience
Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)
Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting
Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems
Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards
Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed
