Job Description
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Required exp- 5 to 14yrs
Must Have
Proven expertise in any 2 to 3 modules in Workday : Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll Interfaces, Talent/Performance, Advanced Compensation, Security & Reporting.
Strong understanding of L2/L3 application support processes, incident management, and ITIL frameworks.
Experience managing Workday integrations, release management, and tenant configuration.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Workday certification(s) preferred.
