About the Opportunity
A specialist firm operating in the HR Technology and Workforce Management sector, delivering Workday HCM implementations, payroll automation and integrations for enterprise and mid-market clients. We drive end-to-end HRIS transformation--designing integration architectures that connect payroll vendors, time systems and downstream finance systems in hybrid cloud environments.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end Workday HCM payroll integrations--translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures using EIB, Studio and Core Connectors.
Build, configure and test integrations with payroll vendors and downstream systems (file-based, SOAP/REST APIs, SFTP), ensuring payroll data accuracy and on-time runs.
Develop and maintain Workday Integration artifacts: Studio orchestrations, XSLT/XML mappings, EIB templates, and web service configurations.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes and drive continuous improvement in monitoring, logging and error-handling processes.
Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Security and Infrastructure teams to validate data flows, SLAs and compliance requirements across global and regional payroll processes.
Document integration designs, runbooks and deployment checklists; mentor junior consultants and enforce integration best practices and change-control discipline.
