Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and integrations. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions for clients
• Develop and deploy integrations using Workday Studio and EIB
• Create custom reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or implementations
• Workday HCM certification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and integrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Strong understanding of data integration and reporting tools

Skills Required
