Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with

4 to 7 years of expertise in Workday HCM Compensation

. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing Workday solutions to optimize human capital management processes. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts offering a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Workday HCM Compensation solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to maintain data integrity. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday HCM Compensation configurations. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday HCM processes and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday HCM Compensation in a timely manner. Lead training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday. Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making. Ensure all Workday HCM Compensation solutions align with the companys strategic goals. Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM Compensation and its applications. Demonstrate experience in configuring and managing Workday solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and user guides. Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
