We are looking for an experienced

Workday Functional Consultant - Compensation Module

to provide part-time job support. This is a

remote freelance role

, ideal for professionals who can assist with day-to-day functional tasks and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for the Workday Compensation module. Assist in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Guide end-users on Workday processes and best practices. Coordinate with the internal HR/IT team for enhancements and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Strong functional experience in Workday Compensation. Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business processes. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Job Type:

Part-time | Freelance | Remote

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, ~2 hours per day

Location:

Remote (India preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
