We are seeking an experienced

Workday Integration Developer

with a strong background in the

Finance module

to design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations that connect Workday Financial Management with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services, as well as strong knowledge of Workday Financials including modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using

Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)

. Develop integrations to and from

Workday Financials

with external systems (banks, vendors, ERP, reporting tools, etc.). Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and integrations. Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations to ensure performance and scalability. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to identify integration needs and ensure data accuracy and process integrity. Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, and deployment of new features. Ensure integrations are compliant with security and data privacy standards. Document integration architecture, data mappings, error handling procedures, and technical processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Workday integration development

, with a focus on

Workday Financials

. Proficiency with

Workday Studio

,

EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

,

Core Connectors

, and

Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)

. Strong understanding of

Workday Financial Management

modules such as:
General Ledger

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Expenses

Procurement

Projects

Experience with data transformation, XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, and web service technologies. Solid understanding of Workday's security framework and integration security. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Financials certification (a plus, but not required). Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, or Workday Accounting Center. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex financial workflows.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
