: Workday Finance Functional Consultant

Location : Remote India Only

We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in financial processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have:-

Deep understanding and hands-on experience in finance processes including R2R, O2C, and P2P.

Proficiency in general accounting within Workday, including journal entries, month-end close, fixed assets, and reconciliations.

Experience across Workday modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.

Proven ability to manage project-level tasks in dynamic environments.Extensive testing experience across multiple accounting scenarios in Workday.

Strong UAT experience with a focus on end-to-end process validation and identifying process nuances.

Expertise in creating SOPs, SIPOC diagrams, and process maps.Ability to interpret client requirements and execute tasks with precision.

Understanding of data management, governance, integrity, and lineage.Capability to lead continuous process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Experience in projects related to Close Acceleration, ERP implementation, Change Management, and PMO.

Responsibility for governance and reporting across projects to business units, leadership, and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
