We are looking for a Manager - Application Developer (Workday Core HCM) who will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing Workday solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in managing application development projects within enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Workday Core HCM solutions.
Manage and maintain configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and system reliability across all Workday modules.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
Knowledge of Workday integration tools and reporting.
Experience with enterprise platform development and application support.
Good communication and team management skills.
Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
