We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Focus on integrating external payroll systems such as ADP GV and Celergo with Workday HCM Serve as a key liaison between HR business stakeholders and technology development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into effective technology solutions Responsibilities include: requirements analysis and solution design, functional documentation, testing and quality assurance, and Workday configuration and suppor .At least one full lifecycle of a Workday integration project, preferably involving a payroll system (e.g., ADP, Celergo, or local vendor) Learn about Workday integration technologies (EIB, core connector, document conversion, Studio) Gain a deep understanding of the business processes of Workday HCM, payroll, and payroll interfaces Experience in writing detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs). Good at designing and executing integrated test plans and test cases At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and support Workday Pro HCM and/or Integration certification
