If you have 2-4 years of experience with Workday and Peakon incl.:

• demonstrated results in configuration of Peakon surveys and Workday business processes.
• knowledge of security and organizational hierarchies
• ability to work independently.
• experience from working in large, international companies.

You will join our Global IT HR Applications team.

We are looking for skilled Workday Consultant to join our global team of 11 Workday consultants.

Our team is part of the Business Applications division in Global IT. We operate out of our offices in Denmark, Finland, Chennai and Gurugram, India, supporting global HR processes across Ramboll based on the enabling technologies of Workday, Peakon, Adobe eSign, Cornerstone, and SmartRecruiters. As such, we are a key player in the Service Delivery of HR and are considered a trusted partner by business leaders and HR managers in Ramboll. Our team is configuring business processes, handling change requests, managing large projects, and solving complex support challenges that cannot be handled by our colleagues in first line of support.

We need you to be able to work independently when:

• Configurating in Workday, Peakon and integration
• Implementing of change requests and new functionalities in Workday and Peakon
• Developing and maintaining of Workday and Peakon
• Documenting new initiatives based on best practice
• Presenting and demoing always having the end user in mind
• Acting as sparring partner with senior HR colleagues and managers proactively suggesting solutions
• Project Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Time management
• Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• English

Experience with SmartRecruiters would be beneficial but is not a must.
