Join Kognitiv's Workday Integrations Team, where you'll design, build, and optimize Workday integrations to maximize client value. You'll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions, advising clients, and driving excellence across projects.


Please note: Must be Workday Integrations Certified from a Certified Workday Partner.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations across various types (EIBs, Connectors, Studio). Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement best practices. Lead integration testing, knowledge transfer, and documentation for seamless client adoption. Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Share expertise, mentor team members, and contribute to the company's knowledge base. Solve complex technical challenges and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Workday Integrations on implementations, post-production support, or AMS services. Advanced knowledge of Workday security, APIs (SOAP/REST), and integration tools. Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement and technical documentation. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, client-focused, and committed to innovation. Ability to work remotely; estimated travel (<5%).

Estimated Pay Range:

USA Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $131,250 USD
