About the Role

We are seeking a

Workday Business Analyst

with hands-on experience in

Workday HCM or Workday Finance

modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical Workday team, ensuring optimal system performance, process alignment, and successful deployment of new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday modules (HCM / Financials). Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents. Support configuration, testing (unit, UAT, regression), and deployment of Workday enhancements and integrations. Analyze system issues and provide effective resolutions in collaboration with the Workday support or development team. Partner with global stakeholders to implement new Workday functionality and optimize existing business processes. Prepare reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools. Assist with change management, user training, and process documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact on business processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.

5+ years

of experience as a

Business Analyst

with a focus on

Workday HCM or Finance

modules. Strong understanding of business processes in HR (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Payroll) or Finance (Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Reporting). Hands-on experience with

Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations

. Experience in

requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and UAT support

. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Workday certification in HCM or Financials modules. Exposure to

Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, or Core Connectors

. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
