This role is responsible for Workday Level 3 support, Mass Upload Solutions, Organization Maintenance and overall Cross Application Services Product areas system enhancements. This role will provide support to specific functions/areas with close links to the role, partner/collaborate on special projects as directed and be a key point of contact for the People Services team to deliver seamless User Experience and cross application services solutions focusing on Level 3 Support, mass uploads, organization Maintenance etc. The individual we are seeking plays a key role in our People Solutions team to drive success for overall Level 3 Support Workday Mass Upload Solution, Organization Maintenance processes. This individual will work with various functional area and business stakeholders to develop and maintain business requirements and ensure execution and delivery. This role is a key SME for all mass upload, organization Maintenance solutions and the role ensures that we drive consistent value to our Workday users. The key elements of this role are: Identify possible areas for enhancing Level 3 support process, Workday Mass Upload, Organization Maintenance, User Experience solutions and partner with Senior Analyst and Functional configuration team, People Services team to develop implementation plan/approach. Act as key point of contact for People Services team to liaise challenges, issues related to level 3 support, key operational processes and keep them up to date. Identify opportunities to simplify the People Services processes from Workday Solutioning perspective to achieve efficiency and value add to the function. Develop Key Data collection templates, solutions in Workday and presentation materials using data from a variety of sources and present it in a clear and intelligent format. Effectively communicate/deliver Level 3 support request solutions, Mass Upload, Organization Structure, other Cross applications technology solutions and related analysis using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Work with the global HRIS team to implement global standards and define and implement regional specific standards. Communicate effectively with internal customers at all levels and thoroughly analyse their requirements. Proactively identify value-add projects and work autonomously to complete them. Troubleshoot configuration, BAU issues related to Level 3 support, Security Architecture, Organization Setup, Mass Upload Solutions by providing consultative solutions. Participate and support timely and accurate delivery of Workday solution testing in collaboration with Senior Analyst of each Workday Product area workstreams. Participate and support Workday Mass Upload and Organization Design Solutions/ requirements to meet business needs, following standard software development lifecycle. Analyse software releases to assess Mass Upload, Organization Structure and Cross application tech impact of new features. Ideal Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated depth of experience working with configuration, data analysis and reporting in a complex business environment or professional services firm. Experience working on team-based projects including leading one or more specific technical activity areas. 5+ years expertise working with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise HR management systems. Strong familiarity with Workday Level 3 support, Mass Upload Solution, Organization Structure maintenance and other Cross Application technologies. Experience working with colleagues in multiple countries in a virtual team setting. An expert user of Microsoft Excel and Access reporting and good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent data manipulation skills comfortable with dealing with large amounts of data. Highly analytical, ability to draw conclusions from analysis, ability to make recommendations to HR customers. Experience in delivering training on systems and processes have an analytical approach to problem solving and logical approach to work. Ability to prioritize own workload and deliver work to deadlines. Takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to follow-up and further investigate any data anomalies. Continually looks to share and improve working practice in team.
