The opportunity:

Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, you will play a key role in our people strategy, focusing on Workday support, enhancements, new module implementations, and configurations.

Who you are:

You have 1+ years of experience in Workday looking to increase exposure across the Workday suite. You may be at a large organization looking for a chance to broaden your hands-on exposure or you may be at a smaller company, seeking the opportunity to join a scaling, mid-size global company. You have hands-on skills supporting Workday and you have solid time management skills.

The Role:

  • Provide support for transactions: Assist in processing and monitoring transactions within the workday system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transactional processes.

  • Monitor data quality: Regularly review data within the workday system to identify and resolve data integrity issues. Conduct audits and perform data validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information entered into the system.

  • Run reports: Generate and analyze reports using the workday system to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain report templates, ensuring data accuracy, and customize reports based on specific requirements and stakeholder needs.

  • Assist with module implementations: Collaborate with senior workday analysts and project teams in the implementation of new workday modules or enhancements. Contribute to the configuration and testing of modules, perform data migration, and provide end-user support during the implementation process.


Requirements:

  • You have 1+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, business process administration, and maintenance. You have proven analytical skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • You have an understanding of various Workday modules - HCM, Security, Reporting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, etc., and how to align modules to meet the needs of HR operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. You can build strong, collaborative working relationships and you have a proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
