Critical Skills: Workday Composite Reports, Matrix Reports and Prism
Role: Workday Advanced Reporting Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

• Complex Report Design: Design, build, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Prism Analytics: Manage Prism data sources, data transformation, and publishing to Workday for reporting.
• Dashboards: Configure executive dashboards and scorecards for HR and Finance leadership.
• Calculated Fields: Create complex calculated fields to support specific business requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 support for reporting issues, resolving data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications:

• Must-Have: 4+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience.
• Must-Have: Proven experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Composite Reports, and Matrix Reports.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Workday Business Objects, Data Sources, and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools).
• Mindset: Independent problem solver who can work without heavy supervision.
