We are seeking a skilled and responsible

Work Supervisor

to oversee aluminium fabrication, truss installations, and related site work for interior projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in site supervision, manpower management, and execution of aluminium and truss works as per design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for aluminium fabrication and truss installations Read and interpret structural/interior drawings and ensure work execution accordingly Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols on-site Manage and allocate manpower and materials efficiently Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers for timely project completion Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues Maintain daily work progress reports and update management regularly Ensure tools and equipment are handled properly on-site

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a supervisor in aluminium fabrication & truss works Ability to read technical drawings and execute accordingly Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials related to fabrication and truss ITI/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
