1. SUMMARY or MAJOR FUNCTION OF THE JOBDescribe the primary purpose of the job that is why does the job exist in 1 - 3 sentences.Create value through SAP on an IG, business and entity level Lead the global SAP stabilisation and implementation of all relevant processes in your process area. (Supply Chain & Logistics) Create and support a best in class global template design and roll out for the S4 Hana upgrade into the related plants together within your team of consultants and other team members. Be a change agent in finding best possible options to enable local plant processes within keeping the global template approach of the SAP system. Enable Key users in each plant to support SAP S4 implementation and transfer SAP knowledge to them . Document and plan implementations, organise and lead workshops and ensure the knowledge transfer.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES or KEY RESULTS OF THE JOB In the context of Item 1, lis 5-8 major outcomes that this job is expected to deliver through time.Responsible for working with the whole SAP team and subcontracted consultants towards developing a sustainable solution ensuring the rollout of global template with a constant scope to find improvements. Design, develop and configure the structure of the processes in close alignment with the key stakeholders and business analysts Responsible for gathering functional requirements, implementation, testing of assigned area functionality and coordinating all applicable areas of functional overlap to ensure a stable and gapless running system. Engage and develop strong working relationships with all major influencers and stakeholders in the process. Ensure the local regulatory requirements for each country and site are being respected and s Verify the SAP configuration in accordance with the program standards in each plants implementation Collaborate with the different deployment teams all around the world in the different Industrial groups locations Provide hands-on SAP knowledge for the functional processes and technical options. Advise key-users on SAP solutions and alternatives in answer to the business requirements. Provide training of local key user teams and support in the preparation of appropriate employee training. Act as a communicator to key users and business stake holders and to the other integrated work streams. Be a change agent to support business process adjustments to take most benefit out of SAP functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE DESIRABLE AT JOB ENTRY or NEEDED FOR BEGINNING EFFECTIVENESS IN THE JOB What background (education or experience), skills and competencies are typical of successful job holders?Business experience and knowledge in respective area of business processes in discrete manufacturing environments SAP ECC6.0 , S4 Hana and other relevant modules especially the SAP MM module including the wider scope around supply chain activities with external suppliers.: + Material Management with Material Ledger.
+ EWM or integration with EWM.
+ Work Experience with Fiori and Customizations of FIORI apps
+ Experience with Vendor Evaluation
+ Experience with a Third Party Supplier Portal or SAP ARIBA
+ Logistics Execution

Experience:Domain experience of 5-6 years in Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing Industry preferred) SAP Functional experience of 10+ years End to End SAP S/4HANA implementations as lead or solution architect role. International project experience (Global Template + Multi Countries Roll Out) preferred Knowledge on 3rd party system integrations to manufacturing and other applications is a plus

SAP skillsWorking experience in global SAP S/4HANA implementation Latest SAP S/4HANA version knowledge including value adds, simplifications, innovations, Perform detailed analysis of complex MM business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements Ability to understand complex system landscape & provide solution considering the E2E MM process, Knowledge on interfaces, background jobs, enhancements and standard reporting functionality Good implementation experience on MM modules topics - Business partner ( vendor) managament, Master Data, MRP, Supply Management, Purchasing , Subcontracting, Inventory Management, and incoming inspection, etc. Perform detailed analysis of complex MM & QM business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document the internal customer requirements Good implementation experience on all MM module topics - Master Data, PIR's, usage decision for inbound, outbound, In-Process, material movements, Inventory Management, Intercompany Material Flow, Subcontracting and External Operations Handling Fiori Apps - Recommendation, Activation, Grouping and value realization knowledge Good team player to coordinate with offshore consultants and other modules like FICO, SD, PP & PM., Build professional relationships with stake holders to ensure delivery of proposed solutions Working closely with the development team (ABAP) & Good understanding of data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.,) SAP Certification is an added advantage Experience in following Activate Project Cycle activities: + Design Blueprint/Fit to std document
