Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WFH HR Intern to handle recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations from a remote location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Post job ads across various platforms
Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Onboard new employees with proper documentation
Employee Engagement:
Organize online engagement activities
Address employee queries and concerns professionally
Conduct remote feedback surveys and exit interviews
Daily Reporting:
Share end-of-day updates with reporting manager
Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Prior HR experience or internship (WFH experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
