What You'll Do

Counsel and guide international students and parents on academic programs, career pathways, and admissions. Communicate fluently in

English (mandatory)

to build trust and deliver impactful guidance. Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through confident communication and consistent follow-ups. Support students with registration, documentation, and smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate student records in modern CRM systems. Achieve and

exceed monthly admission targets

with a performance-driven mindset. Deliver personalized support throughout each student's journey.
What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills

(spoken & written). Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities. Energetic, positive, and target-focused personality.

Prior experience

in student counseling, sales, or customer service is a

big plus

. Freshers with exceptional English and passion for education are welcome too! Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
Work Schedule

Flexible Shift:

12:00 Noon - 12:00 Midnight IST (not continuous, breaks included)*

Monday to Saturday - Work From Home
