The Workflow Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the smooth flow of medical transcription work between clients, transcriptionists, editors, and quality analysts. This role ensures timely delivery of accurate and high-quality medical transcripts while optimizing resource allocation and turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Allocation:
Assign dictations to transcriptionists and editors based on availability, expertise, and client priority.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Management:
Monitor and ensure all reports are completed and delivered within the committed TAT.
Coordination:
Act as a liaison between transcription teams, quality analysts, and clients to resolve issues and track job status.
Monitoring Workflow:
Use transcription platforms or workflow management tools to track job queues and progress in real-time.
Reporting:
Maintain daily/weekly reports on productivity, pending jobs, rework, and TAT compliance.
Escalation Handling:
Flag delays or discrepancies to management and suggest corrective actions.
Client Interaction:
Occasionally communicate with clients for job clarifications or escalations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any stream)
Prior experience in medical transcription industry preferred
Understanding of medical transcription workflow and TAT requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts, if required)
Proficient with MS Office and workflow tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Compensation:
?1,83,120 - ?2,61,600 per annum (CTC), depending on experience.
