About The Job:

• As a Workday Time Tracking/Absence Lead, your primary responsibilities will be to lead support tickets and enhancements on Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• This role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and solve complex business problems

Essential Job Functions:

• Optimize Workday HCM capabilities, focusing on Time Tracking & Absence, Talent & Performance, Compensation through process improvement, configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve business processes, providing Workday solutions that drive efficiency.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiency and system improvements, adopting a product-driven mindset to optimize Workday's functionality.
• Perform hands-on Workday configuration across various modules.
• Communicate and manage design, build, and launch strategies effectively.
• Meet SLA targets on support tickets.

Qualifications:

• Experience :- Minimum 7+ Years Relevant in WorkDay & 5 Years Specifically in Time Tracking & Absence Management

Required Skills

• Certifications: Workday Core HCM, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking Certifications and other relevant certifications are highly valued.
• 7+ years in Workday Functional / Analytics role & 5 Years in Workday Time Tracking/Absence Management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficiently

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Ability to work with abstract concepts and have sound problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong people interaction and collaboration capability
• Deep technical understanding of development and platform engineering
• Excellent client-centricity with the ability to focus on business outcomes
• Highly Organized and planned individual
• Self-starter and self-managed
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders, including the technical teams and clients
• Ability to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and work well within a team environment
• Ability to continuously contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes, and tools
• 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Absence and Time Tracking
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday processes

Shift Timing :- 01:00 to 11:00 PM IST
