Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Work at Height (WAH) safety procedures and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and international best practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO, IRATA). Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for all WAH tasks. Inspect and certify scaffolding, ladders, harnesses, lifelines, and other fall protection equipment. Provide hands-on training and awareness sessions to workers and supervisors on safe WAH practices. Monitor ongoing WAH activities and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Investigate incidents related to falls or near-misses and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, safety officers, and contractors to ensure alignment on safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of permits, inspections, equipment certifications, and training records. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and technological advances related to WAH safety.
