Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive websites and web applications using

WordPress

. Customize and build

WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations

as per project requirements. Ensure

high performance, security, and scalability

of all WordPress-based projects. Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless and functional websites. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following

WordPress coding standards

and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WordPress sites for improved functionality and performance. Work with APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage data flows efficiently. Explore and experiment with

other PHP frameworks

(Laravel, Shopify, CodeIgniter, Symfony) for specific project needs. Stay updated with emerging

WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies

. Basic understanding or interest in

AI/ML concepts

and their potential use in web applications is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience

in WordPress development. Strong expertise in custom theme and plugin development. Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture. Familiarity with

other PHP frameworks

such as Laravel, Shopify, or CodeIgniter. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Knowledge of

cPanel and server-side operations

. Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus. Experience with front-end frameworks like

React or Vue.js

is an advantage. Basic understanding of AI/ML integration in web environments.
