Content Upload & Structuring

Upload and place all provided content across relevant pages (Home, About, Courses, Contact, etc.). Maintain clear structure using proper headings (H1, H2, H3), lists, and paragraph spacing. Ensure alignment with the brand tone of Stellar International Training Solutions*.

Page Design Enhancement

Use the existing theme and page builder (e.g., Elementor) to create visually appealing, user-friendly page layouts. Enhance key sections with banners, icons, buttons, testimonial carousels, etc. Apply consistent font styles, brand colors, and spacing across the website.

SEO Optimization (On-Page Only)

Optimize content for SEO using installed plugins (like Yoast SEO or Rank Math). Write and apply: SEO-friendly meta titles and descriptions. Clean, keyword-rich URL slugs. Alt-text for all images. Ensure logical internal linking between pages (e.g., Services
Contact).

Mobile & Cross-Device Optimization

Review and optimize all pages for

mobile, tablet, and desktop

views. Adjust margins, paddings, and element placements to ensure responsiveness.

Speed Optimization (Using Existing Tools)

Compress/reduce image sizes while maintaining quality (using already installed image optimization plugins). Ensure lazy loading and caching settings are properly utilized. Check performance via Google PageSpeed or GTmetrix and fix any design-related slowdowns.

Lead Generation Support

Ensure contact/inquiry forms are working correctly and linked to the correct email. Add clear call-to-actions on all major pages (like "Enquire Now", "Book a Demo", "Download Brochure"). If popups or lead magnets are enabled via plugins, configure content accordingly.

Google Tools & Analytics

Verify that: Google Analytics is tracking properly. Google Search Console is linked and the sitemap has been submitted. Indexing issues (if any) are resolved.
8.

Content Visual Enhancements

Convert long paragraphs into scannable content with bullets, infographics, icons, or visuals. Add before-after, success metrics, or visual proof where applicable. Highlight key offerings of Stellar (courses, certifications, trainer experience, etc.).
9.

Final Testing & Handover

Perform a complete walk through to check all links, buttons, forms, and visuals. Fix any layout inconsistencies or broken links. Provide a brief guide on how your team can update content in the future.
