Job Summary:

As a WordPress Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress websites. You will work closely with our experienced developers to learn and implement best practices in web development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in web development and gain hands-on experience with WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites. Learn and implement WordPress themes and plugins. Support the team in creating and customizing website layouts. Help with website troubleshooting and bug fixes. Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. Assist in website optimization for performance and SEO. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure website consistency and functionality.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with WordPress CMS is a plus. Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is an advantage. Keen interest in web development and a desire to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in web development or WordPress are a plus.
