Roles and Responsibilities

- WordPress Team leader

Lead architecture, planning, and development of complex WordPress and WooCommerce projects.

Guide, mentor, and technically support a team of developers.

Own the code quality by conducting reviews, setting standards, and ensuring best practices are - followed.

Debug and resolve high-level issues across WordPress, custom plugins/themes, and hosting/server - environments.

Customize and extend WooCommerce functionality via custom plugins, templates, and hooks.

Oversee performance optimization, caching, and scalability for high-traffic WooCommerce stores.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of WordPress sites.

Integrate third-party APIs and services, both REST and GraphQL.

Manage deployment workflows, staging/production environments, and release processes.

Communicate directly with clients/stakeholders as needed.

Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.

Provide support for plugin/theme conflicts, payment/shipping integrations, and server-level issues.

Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Stay current with WordPress core updates, security practices, and emerging tools.

Technical Skills :

PHP (Server-side): Strong understanding with 8+ years of hands-on experience. Deep understanding of object-oriented PHP, modern best practices.

JavaScript (Client-side): Solid knowledge with 8+ years of experience.

MySQL: Advanced schema design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
