The Role:

We are building a premier B2B digital media brand focused on software automation and business efficiency. We are looking for a

WordPress Specialist

to take full ownership of our website's technical architecture and content operations.

This is a key role for a "Builder" who understands the intersection of

Technical SEO

,

Site Speed

, and

Editorial Design

. You will not just be "posting blogs"--you will be building a high-performance digital asset.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Technical Architecture & Site Speed

Own the Stack:

Deploy and manage a lightweight, high-performance WordPress environment (Hosting + GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks).

Performance Obsession:

Ensure the site consistently passes Core Web Vitals with 90+ scores on Mobile. You understand that "speed is a feature."

Structure:

Configure SEO-friendly permalinks, categories, and site architecture. Avoid bloatware; keep the plugin stack lean.

2. Content Operations & Editorial Standards

AI-Assisted Production:

Execute high-volume content workflows using our AI prompts and topics.

The "Human Polish":

You are responsible for the final reader experience. Raw AI content is not acceptable. You must formatting posts with: Custom H2/H3 styling for scan-ability. Rich elements (Pros/Cons boxes, Tables, Alert Blocks). Proper whitespace and typography.

Visual Credibility:

Source and optimize high-resolution screenshots of the software interfaces to prove editorial authority.

3. SEO & Growth Maintenance

Technical SEO:

Manage Google Search Console, submit sitemaps, and fix any crawl errors immediately.

Schema Markup:

Implement proper Review/Article schema using RankMath.

Site Health:

Perform routine plugin updates, security hardening, and database optimization.

Who You Are:

A Niche Site Expert:

You have built affiliate sites, directories, or content assets before. You understand the business model.

A "No-Code" Developer:

You may not write PHP from scratch, but you are a wizard with GeneratePress Elements, CSS styling, and WordPress configurations.

Detail-Oriented:

You are bothered when a margin is off by 5px or a header is capitalized incorrectly. You take pride in the visual quality of the post.
