We are looking for a motivated

Web Hosting & Server Management Executive

who has completed

6 months of training

or possesses strong foundational knowledge in hosting management, Linux servers, and website handling. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about web hosting, server operations, and website performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hosting Management

Manage hosting accounts using

cPanel & WHM

. Create, modify, and troubleshoot hosting accounts.

2. Linux Server Administration

Perform basic Linux command-line tasks. Create and manage simple

cron jobs

for automation.

3. Security & Malware Scanning

Use

Imunify

,

ModSecurity

, and other panel-based tools for basic security checks. Perform malware scans and assist in initial cleanup.

4. Web Server Configuration

Edit and manage

.htaccess

files (redirects, caching rules, security rules). Assist with basic

Apache configuration

tasks.

5. DNS & Email Setup

Manage DNS records such as

A, MX, CNAME, TXT

. Configure and troubleshoot email routing, MX records, and deliverability basics.

6. Backup & Restore

Perform website and database backups using

cPanel Backup

and

JetBackup

. Restore websites, files, and databases when needed.

7. Server Monitoring

Check server load, uptime, and resource usage. Monitor running processes and identify unusual activity.

Requirements

Fresher

or

6-month trained candidate

with strong practical knowledge. Understanding of hosting environments and server basics. Basic knowledge of

Linux commands

. Willingness to learn advanced server and security management. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
