Job Title: WordPress & SEO Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a WordPress & SEO Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience tojoin our growing team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPresswebsites while ensuring they are SEO-friendly, secure, and high-performing.

The idealcandidate should be a self-starter with strong technical expertise in WordPress development,hosting management, SEO optimization, and web technologies such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript,and jQuery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using industry-leadingthemes and plugins.


Manage hosting environments and ensure optimal uptime, speed, and security.


Implement and maintain effective SEO strategies across multiple websites.


Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, andother platforms.


Troubleshoot site issues, resolve plugin/theme conflicts, and ensure smooth websitefunctionality.


Optimize website performance including speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX.


Edit and manage visual assets for web use when required.


Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent digitalpresence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.


Proven experience managing hosting platforms and domain configurations.


In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and keywordstrategies.


Skilled in using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.


Proficient in PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for site customization.


Experience optimizing websites for performance, speed, and mobile compatibility.


Basic image/media editing capabilities using standard tools.


Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.


High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.


Strong organizational and time management skills.


Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.


Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery page builders.


Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO.


Familiarity with cPanel, CDN integrations, and services like Cloudflare.


Prior experience in a web agency or digital marketing firm is a plus.
