About the internship
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development including website\'s performance, speed, security, and scalability. You should be passionate about creating beautiful, functional, and user-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on client requirements.
Collaborate with designers to convert PSD/Sketch/Figma designs into functional websites.
Ensure high-performance and availability of WordPress sites.
Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Perform routine updates, backups, and security audits.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Optimize websites for speed and performance.
Integrate third-party APIs and plugins as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
Experience with MySQL databases, theme installation, WooCommerce, multilingual plugins, and payment gateways.
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress.
