We are currently recruiting for 'The Qwerty Incubator', a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator will be run by a self-sufficient team of front and back end executives that manage the life cycle of brands created within that division along with other incubated brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Web Developer to join our team of innovative designers and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in web development who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and upgrading a variety of websites--from profile-based to full-scale E-commerce platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, scalable, and tested code for responsive websites and mobile platforms. Build and maintain user-friendly websites, integrating data from various databases and web services using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless visual and functional design. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all website functionalities. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maximum performance and efficiency. Maintain well-organized documentation including code comments and technical guides. Conduct regular file backups and manage recovery protocols. Stay current with the latest web development trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficient in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP. Strong understanding of web security, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. Experience with CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and WIX. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Shops is a plus. Prior experience working independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.

Mandatory Skills & Attributes

Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Creative thinking with a dedication to high-quality, user-centric designs. Effective multitasking and time management capabilities. Familiarity with G-Suite tools and platforms. Experience working with KPIs/KRAs to measure and improve performance. High-performing, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude. Prior hands-on work with platforms like Shopify, WIX, and WooCommerce.
