Job Description

We are seeking a talented

WordPress Developer with strong SEO knowledge

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality WordPress websites and optimizing them for performance, speed, and search engine visibility. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-ready websites that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites

using themes, page builders, and custom coding. Implement

on-page SEO best practices

, including meta tags, schema markup, URL structure, and keyword optimization. Ensure websites are

fully responsive, fast-loading, and optimized

for both desktop and mobile. Install and configure essential WordPress plugins such as

Yoast SEO, RankMath, Elementor, WP Rocket, and security plugins

. Work with designers and content teams to convert layouts into SEO-friendly web pages. Troubleshoot WordPress issues related to plugins, themes, or hosting environments. Optimize website speed using techniques like caching, image compression, CDN integration, and code cleanup. Perform

technical SEO audits

and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, and site structure. Integrate APIs, payment gateways, tracking codes, and marketing tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Pixel

. Maintain website security, backups, updates, and regular site monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

WordPress Developer

with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Solid understanding of

SEO fundamentals

and hands-on experience implementing SEO best practices. Proficiency in

PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

and WordPress theme/plugin customization. Experience with major page builders like

Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg

. Strong knowledge of

website performance optimization

and Core Web Vitals. Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, database management, and website migration. Ability to perform website audits and improve site architecture for SEO. Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as

Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

, and Meta (Facebook) tracking setup. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
