Role Overview
We are seeking a
WordPress Developer
with
basic project management skills
and
good English communication
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress development, the ability to coordinate with clients and team members, and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes & plugins).
Communicate project requirements and updates with clients in clear English.
Assist in managing project timelines and coordinating with team members.
Prepare project status reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure websites are optimized, secure, and responsive.
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months - 1 year of proven experience in WordPress development.
Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication skills in
English (verbal & written)
.
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
Eager to learn and grow into project management responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of WooCommerce.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Interest in leadership and client management.
