What is the work?

Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions. Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed. Ensure site performance, uptime, and security compliance Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and server issues. Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations Stay updated on new technologies, WordPress updates, and industry trends.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong knowledge of WordPress core, custom theme and plugin development. Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with ACF, WP-CLI, and Gutenberg block development. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Exposure to WooCommerce, multilingual setups, and SEO optimization. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance best practices. Experience with local development tools (e.g., Docker, MAMP, Local by Flywheel). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and documentation skills.
