We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
WordPress Developer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WordPress theme customization, plugin development, and website optimization. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver clean, high-performance, and user-friendly WordPress websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites.
Customize themes and templates using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Create, modify, and integrate WordPress plugins as needed.
Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices.
Collaborate with the design team to convert Figma/PSD designs into WordPress layouts.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility errors.
Perform website migrations, updates, and optimization tasks.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of solid experience in WordPress development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Proficiency in customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
Understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and APIs.
Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
Knowledge of website speed optimization and SEO best practices.
Basic understanding of web hosting, cPanel, and website deployment.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Experience with REST APIs or Headless WordPress.
Basic design knowledge and experience working with tools like Figma, XD, or Photoshop.
