Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain multiple WordPress websites (main + region/vertical-specific microsites) Optimize website performance (load speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness) Collaborate with marketing to ship SEO-rich, high-converting pages in record time Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing page experiments Ensure airtight security and regular plugin/theme update Integrate forms, analytics (GA4, GTM), and CRM tools (Hubspot/Twilio/Segment) Build re-usable components/templates for non-dev teams to deploy pages quickly

Skills & Experience

2-4 years of WordPress development experience (custom themes & plugins) Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, MySQL Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery or similar builders Familiarity with SEO best practices, schema markup, and sitemaps Exposure to CDN, caching, image optimization (Cloudflare, WP Rocket, etc.) Basic understanding of API integrations (Mailchimp, Stripe, GA4, etc.)
Bonus: Knowledge of multilingual setups, subdomain vs subdirectory structures
