About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for building and customizing WordPress websites, developing themes and plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Translate design mockups (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into responsive, high-performance websites. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability. Implement third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, payment gateways, CRM tools). Ensure websites are cross-browser and cross-device compatible. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Maintain proper documentation for all development work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Experience with TWIG and ACF is a must Experience with custom templating is a must. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website performance tuning, and SEO best practices. Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.


Knowledge of REST APIs and headless WordPress setup is a bonus.
