Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can independently handle complex WordPress projects end-to-end. This role requires strong expertise in custom plugin development, performance optimization, and scalable architecture, not just page builders.
You'll work on business-critical platforms used by real clients -- not demo websites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
Build scalable, secure, and performance-optimized WordPress systems
Customize WooCommerce for complex business requirements
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and automation tools
Troubleshoot complex issues and refactor existing codebases
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and automation teams
Own projects from development to deployment
Requirements
Strong expertise in WordPress core architecture
Advanced PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Custom plugin & theme development (from scratch)
WooCommerce customization & extension development
REST API & third-party API integration
Performance optimization & caching strategies
WordPress security best practices
Debugging, profiling & code optimization
Git/version control
