Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in WordPress, customizing website and newsletter themes, plugins for WordPress
• Design, Develop & implement new features, create & modify plugins and other functionality
• Establish and guide website architecture
• Understand website optimisation for mobile responsiveness, speed and performance and be able to do this single-handedly for the websites assigned
• Ensuring a high-performance and effective SEO ready responsive design
• Understand SEO guidelines in developing the websites with themes and plugins
• Ensuring high speed and effective responsiveness of websites
• Candidate should have sound experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP. Experience in Magento, Drupal is an added advantage
• Build and debug website forms that operate on a variety of form processors
• Programming skills namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Build websites, prototypes and applications using the latest front end and back-end technologies
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of website for mobile phones
• Do cross-browser testing to uncover issues and fix them proactively
• Benchmark other website functionalities and build them and incorporate them on websites
• Develop plugins, extensions, applications and Workflow solutions
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and incorporate them in the new offerings/solutions

• Must have a BTech/BE/MTech/ME/MCA and relevant work-experience of 2 – 3 years
• Should have knack to code and create a superior product without any external mentoring
• Agency background is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have worked in teams as an individual contributor
• Good to understand the technology space, and testing space in particular but not mandatory
