Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a WordPress Developer located in Ahmedabad. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, front-end development, ensuring responsive web design, and maintaining web standards. The role involves collaborating with clients to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Qualifications
Skills in Back-End Web Development such as PHP and MySQL
Proficiency in Front-End Development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in Responsive Web Design and Web Design principles
Comprehensive Web Development skills including themes and plugins management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
