I'm seeking a full-time freelancer who can handle both WordPress development and social media management for my business.
This is a freelance/contractor position starting with a 1-month trial period, with strong potential for long-term engagement based on performance.
WordPress Responsibilities:
Customize existing WordPress site
Maintain and update current site [Major Task]
Ensure site is mobile-responsive and optimized for speed
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Implement SEO best practices
WPBakery experience is a plus
Social Media Responsibilities:
Manage daily activity on Instagram
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels/videos)
Develop and execute social media strategy to grow followers and engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions throughout the day
Research trends and create timely, relevant content
Track analytics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with WordPress development (please share portfolio)
Strong track record managing social media accounts with measurable growth
Creative content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, basic video editing)
Understanding of SEO and how social media/web presence work together
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills and responsive
Comfortable with full-time freelance commitment
