Job Description

The job is for an immediate joiners. The job is work from office based from Monday to Friday at our T. Nagar office. We are seeking an experienced web developer to maintain our eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on Wordpress and WooCommerce and creating landing pages using tools like Elementor. You will be responsible for implementing feature updates on the ecommerce websites, fixing bugs and keeping the website up to date and secure. You will also have to work on UI/UX issues and fix them to improve conversion rate of the ecommerce platforms. Overall, you will be responsible to make sure that the websites are working properly, without any issues. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the eCommerce websites, ensuring high-performance and security.
• Design engaging and responsive landing pages for lead generation.
• Optimize the ecommerce sites to maintain a healthy PageSpeed score.
• Attend to website issues reported by the respective operations teams.
• Review and optimize the mobile version of the websites to increase mobile traffic retention.
• Ensure the websites function properly across all devices i.e., desktop, mobile, tablet.
• Assist SEO members to fix issues found in SEO site audit.
• Make sure that the security of the website is maintained via security plugins and Cloudflare.
• Optimize layouts for product presentation to improve engagement per user session.
• Make sure products are properly uploaded with right settings and meta details.
• Make sure blogs are properly organized and optimized with right images and keywords.
• Work with the inhouse SEO and Paid Ads teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion.
• Identify and fix any issues appearing from plugin or core updates.
• Conduct regular website testing, report issues and fix them promptly.
• Make sure all the assigned websites are working perfectly without any errors.
