Job Title: WordPress Developer Experience: 2-3 years Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with WordPress and related technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet our clients\' needs, with a strong focus on custom theme and plugin development Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring their functionality, responsiveness, and security. Custom Theme Development: Create custom WordPress themes from scratch or customize existing themes to meet project requirements. Ensure themes are responsive and optimized for performance. Custom Plugin Development: Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend website functionality and meet specific project needs. Modify and enhance existing plugins as required, ensuring security and compatibility. Front-End Development: Implement responsive design principles, ensuring websites look and function flawlessly on various devices. Back-End Development: Work on server-side aspects of WordPress, including database management and server optimization. Content Management: Assist in content management, including adding, editing, and formatting content on WordPress websites. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure fast-loading websites. Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard WordPress websites from vulnerabilities and attacks. Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality WordPress solutions. Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to improve website performance. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins. Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization. Understanding of SEO best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of web hosting and server management is a plus. Education: A bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
