Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

WordPress Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in designing and customizing WordPress websites, a good understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive WordPress websites and landing pages Customize WordPress themes and templates as per requirements Work with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg) Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and fast-loading Collaborate with developers and content teams to deliver design solutions Maintain, update, and improve existing websites Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards Stay updated with the latest WordPress design trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS and theme customization Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website design Knowledge of PHP and MySQL for WordPress customization Familiarity with plugins for SEO, security, and performance (Yoast, WP Rocket, etc.) Experience in graphic design for web and digital marketing assets Previous work portfolio of WordPress websites
