Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Woodworking Machine Operator
with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in operating woodworking machinery and capable of producing high-quality outputs with attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our facility in Samakhiyali, District Kutch.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain woodworking machines such as panel saws, edge banders, routers, sanders, and CNC machines.
Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurements accurately.
Select appropriate materials and machine settings for each project.
Ensure quality control and precision in every stage of production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and company protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements
Experience
: 1 to 5 years in woodworking or machine operating roles (preferably in furniture, cabinetry, or millwork production).
Education
: Minimum graduation in any field.
Languages
: Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Gujrati
Skills
:
Proficient in operating woodworking machinery and tools.
Knowledge of wood types, cutting techniques, and finishing.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
Additional Information
Salary
: ?20,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience) +
performance-based incentives
