Job Summary:

The Wooden CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC wood-cutting, routing, drilling, and shaping machines as per production requirements. Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and cut-lists to ensure accurate machining. Prepare materials, set tools, fixtures, and machine parameters before operation. Perform routine machine calibration, tool changes, and basic preventive maintenance. Inspect finished wooden components for accuracy, quality, and finishing standards. Maintain production logs, report deviations, and ensure timely job completion. Follow safety standards, housekeeping, and machine handling protocols. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade. 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude.
